ILYANG OPO Corp. has made most of its online contents freely available for anyone without membership sign-in. However, if you want more diversified quality service, fill in the followings and join as a member to enjoy full services conveniently. 

ILYANG OPO Corp. separately recognizes company members and individual members. To utilize a specific service of ILYANG OPO Corp. your personal information such as name, date of birth, gender, address, telephone number and email is required. 

As for company members, the information of company staff member utilizing the corresponding service is required as well. The required and optional information is announced upon membership sign-in. Even if the optional information is not provided, basic data will still be made available. 

Article 3 Process of consent to personal information collection 

ILYANG OPO Corp. provides a process for you to read the personal information protection policy or user’s agreement before filling in your personal information. If you click ‘Sign in’, it is regarded that you agree to the collection of your personal information. 

Article 4 Purpose of personal information collection and use

Your information provided to ILYANG OPO Corp. is utilized to identify users or provide appropriate services such as employment support for job seekers and companies as informative material for statistical analysis-based employment trend analysis, employment policy and marketing. 

Article 5 Period of personal information use and storage

ILYANG OPO Corp. keeps the personal information of a user during his or her membership of ILYANG OPO Corp. and use of its services for service provision, etc. Members’ personal information is basically destroyed once the purpose of collection is fulfilled as follows; provided that, if necessary to retain under applicable laws and regulations such as the commercial code and ACT ON THE CONSUMER PROTECTION IN ELECTRONIC COMMERCE, ETC., ILYANG OPO Corp. keeps the corresponding member information during a certain period set forth by law. 

Article 6 Personal information provision to third party and sharing

ILYANG OPO Corp. do not utilize members’ personal information in excess of the purpose of collection and utilization notified in Article 4 in any case. 

In the event of forming a partnership with a third-party company pursuant to the paragraph 3 of partnership related matters, the Company will notify in details the name of partner firm, purpose of partnership, contents of provided services, scope of personal information sharing, purpose of use, partnership period, etc. and must gain consent of users (users’ own expression of intention on their personal information provision to third party and sharing) to provide or share personal information. In the event of any change in or termination of partnership, the same process will be applied for notification or users’ consent. 

In events such as corporation selling, and M&A with the complete succession or transfer of the service provider’s rights and duties, the Company must notify in details due causes and procedure in advance and grant users the right to withdraw their consent to personal information use. 

For such notification and consent, the Company will make announcement in the Notices of its homepage no later than 10 days earlier while notifying individually via email, etc. at least once. 

The following are exempted;

Where requested by a relevant organization for an investigation purpose by relevant law

Where the information is provided in the form identifying no specific individual to advertiser, partner firm or research institution, etc. for statistical compilation, academic research or market research

Where requested under due procedures set forth by other relevant laws

However, even in these exempted cases, if the information is provided at the request of an investigation agency or by law, the Company notifies the corresponding member in principle, excluding some other cases of inevitable notification failure due to a legal ground. The Company will make its utmost effort not to provide information in any reckless manner against the original purpose of collection and use.  

Article 7 Read, modification and deletion of personal information

The personal information you have provided can be read, modified and deleted any time. You can also withdraw your membership any time in ‘My Page’ menu in the upper part of the homepage. Contact our customer center via email, telephone, fax, etc. then we will take appropriate measures immediately after identity authentication. 

Article 8 Cookie management 

What is cookie?

ILYANG OPO Corp. utilizes cookies that save and find information about you whenever necessary. Cookie is a small amount of information sent by the website to your PC browser (Netscape, internet explorer, etc.). Article 9 Technology for personal information protection and measurement plans

In order to protect the members’ personal information from loss, disclosure, falsification, damage, etc., ILYANG OPO Corp. has established the following measures;

Technological measures

Your personal information is protected under password and file and transmission data are encrypted to protect important data under a separate security function. 

ILYANG OPO Corp. uses a vaccine program to take measures against computer virus-caused damage. The vaccine program is regularly updated and in the event of any sudden virus occurrence, a vaccine is provided upon its development to prevent personal information damage. 

The transmitted information is safely stored in a dual-net system based on a fire wall structure. 

To prepare for a possible intrusion from outside such as a hacking attempt, each server is equipped with intrusion prevention system, weakness analysis system and intrusion detection system which are in operation 24/7 for full security.

ILYANG OPO Corp. permits only the minimum number of personnel to have access to your personal information as follows;

Persons who perform personal information management work such as personal information manager and staff 

Other persons who cannot avoid dealing with personal information for work

Persons who perform marketing directly for users

The staff members dealing with personal information are regularly educated and reminded regarding new security technologies and personal information protection duties, etc. 

Written oath for security is gained from employees upon their employment to prevent any human engagement in information disclosure while establishing an internal process to monitor the implementation of personal information protection policy and employees’ compliance therewith.

Each member should appropriately manage own ID and password and be responsible for it for personal information protection. 

In other cases of personal information loss, disclosure, falsification and damage due to a mistake by an internal managing staff or a technological management accident, the Company (일하자알바는??) will inform you instantly and look for appropriate response and compensation method. 

Article 10 Posts

ILYANG OPO Corp. regards your posts importantly and does its utmost efforts to protect them from falsification, damage and deletion, excluding the following cases;

Spams (ex: chain letter, KRW-800-billion mail, specific sit ad, etc.)

Articles damaging other people’s reputation by separating false information to slander others

Contents infringing others’ rights such as disclosing other person’s identity without his or her consent, infringing the copyright of ILYANG OPO Corp. or a third party. Other articles about other contents thant the theme 

To activate desirable use of the board, ILYANG OPO Corp. may delete or change specific part into a sign, etc. of others’ personal information disclosed without their consent.

Articles subject to the theme of another board, the Company specifies the moving route of the article to prevent any misunderstanding. 

Posts containing details different from the theme of the board

In other cases, the article may be deleted after explicit or individual warning. 

ILYANG OPO Corp. has temporarily deleted specific articles about which complain from another person than its writer had been received. Then, the article may be re-opened or permanently deleted depending upon the investigation about relevant facts and agreement between the writer and complaint-raising party. 

Basically, individual writers have the general rights and responsibilities for own posts. Information publicized voluntarily via posts is difficult to be protected. Please consider this aspect fully before opening information. 

Article 11 Entrustment of personal information processing

For service improvement, the Company may entrust an outside entity with your personal information collection, processing, management, etc.

In the event of entrusting personal information processing, the Company will inform you of the entrusted organization and the fact of entrustment in the homepage in advance. 

In the event of entrusting personal information processing, the Company will make an entrustment agreement, etc. to clarify the strict compliance of service provider with personal information protection rules, personal information confidentiality, prohibition of third-party provision and responsibility for relevant accident, entrustment period, return or destruction of personal information after the termination of service, etc. and will keep the agreement in writing or electronic form.

You also have the duty to protect yourself and not to infringe others’ information as well as the right be protected for your personal information. If this responsibility is not fulfilled and others’ information and dignity is damaged, an engaged user may be punished under the ACT ON PROMOTION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK UTILIZATION AND INFORMATION PROTECTION, ETC.

Article 18 Duty of notification
